TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT - A deposit of £100.00 is required for each week booked. This is non-refunable in the event
of cancellation.
BALANCE - The balance of the total amount is due 8 weeks before departure.
CANCELLATION CHARGES - We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
Should you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:-
1. Cancellation more than 8 weeks before departure - Deposit forfeited.
2. Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks before departure - 50% of total cost forfeited.
3. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before departure - 100% of total cost forfeited.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF THE BALANCE OF THE TOTAL COST IS NOT PAID BY
THE DUE DATE.
VISITORS - Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the villa, any unauthorised
guests will be asked to leave.
DEPARTURE - The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - $250 will be required on arrival by the management company when collecting the
keys. This will be refunded once the villa has been checked by the management company.
POOL HEATING - The temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed as this will vary with the weather,
you can pre-book or wait until you arrive to arrange pool heating by contacting the management company.
LIABILITY - During your stay the owners or the owners agents do not accept any liability whatsoever
for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.
COMPLAINTS - In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay, please contact the management
company immediately, then if further action is required then contact us.
INSURANCE - It is advised that cancellation insurance is obtained within your travel insurance.
THERE IS NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VILLA.
